Cheryl Black

Cheryl comes to CLS with a diverse background from a combined 29 years in the Air Force, Real Estate sales and marketing, and Law Enforcement.  She understands the peace and relaxation that a manicured outdoor space offers a homeowner, and the importance of an inviting, well-maintained commercial property is to a business.  Cheryl strives to provide excellent representation by listening to the client’s needs and following the services through to completion as if it were her own property.  “At the end of the day, maintaining outdoor space is good for property values and great for our quality of life!”

Getting to Know Cheryl

• I recently returned to the Midwest to be closer to my family after 28 years of living in Alaska and the Sierra Foothills of northern California.
• Received a degree in Information Management through the Community College of the Air Force.
• My happy place is being outdoors!  Attending sporting events, camping, hiking, kayaking, and gardening are just some of my favorite things to do!
